Monthly E-Newsletter Giveaway – Official Rules
Eligibility
The Monthly E-Newsletter Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JC Parks & Recreation and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Entry via subscription to the newsletter and survey completion is free.
How to Enter
To be entered into the giveaway, participants must:

Be subscribed to the JC Parks & Recreation E-Newsletter.

Complete the survey included in the monthly newsletter, including answering the designated survey question.
Only one entry per person, per month.
Entry Period
The entry period begins when the monthly newsletter is delivered and remains open for approximately three (3) weeks. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey responses. The drawing will occur approximately three (3) weeks after the newsletter is delivered.
Prizes
Prizes consist of vouchers for JC Parks & Recreation programs or facilities.
Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used in accordance with any stated restrictions or expiration dates.
Winner Notification & Announcement
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their newsletter subscription. Winners may also be announced on JC Parks & Recreation social media channels and will receive instructions for prize pickup.
If a winner does not respond within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7–10 days), JC Parks & Recreation reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Privacy
Survey responses and personal information collected during this giveaway will be used only for newsletter and giveaway purposes. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
JC Parks & Recreation reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
