Celebrate National Take a Hike Day with a scavenger hunt through JC Parks trails! On Sunday, November 17, a microphone sculpture will be hidden somewhere in the Jefferson City park trail system – greenway, trail loops, and mountain bike/hiking trails are all fair game.
Clues will be posted beginning at 8:00 AM pm on November 17 on THIS webpage and on our Facebook Page!
Follow the clues to find the mic and you’ll win two reserved-seating tickets to a 2026 Capital Region Amphitheater show! Can’t find the mic? You still have a chance—snap a selfie with the location marker and email it to Ashley Wiskirchen (awiskirchen@jeffersoncitymo.gov) by 7:00 PM. On Monday, Nov. 18, one lucky adventurer will be randomly chosen to win a Capital Region Amphitheater prize.
