Ride Together: Community Bike Events This June
JC Parks hosts Community Bike Rides twice a month — a relaxed, all-ages way to get outside, meet fellow riders, and enjoy our trail systems together. These rides are free to join and a great way to stay active in a group setting.

Binder Park – Features exciting mountain biking trails and serves as a host site for NICA youth mountain bike races, giving young riders a chance to compete and build confidence on the trails.

Frog Hollow Nature Trail – A beautiful, tucked-away spot perfect for a peaceful ride through nature.

Greenway Trail System – Our paved urban trail network connects parks, neighborhoods, and key city destinations.

Missouri River Bridge Bike Path – Ride across the river on a protected path with great views.

Katy Trail (North Jefferson Access) – One of the country’s longest rails-to-trails conversions, just across the bridge from downtown JCMO.

Coming This August: Tour de Jeff Midnight Bike Ride
Looking ahead, don’t miss one of our favorite events of the summer — the Tour de Jeff Moonlight Bike Ride on Saturday, August 10, 2025! This unique night ride through the streets of Jefferson City begins at 2:00 AM at the Hyvee parking lot on Truman BLVD and features a fun, party-like atmosphere with lights, music, and night sights along the way! Our route takes us to the Capitol and Red Wheel Steamhouse for a donut stop & photo opp. You don’t want to miss it!
